"Jenn was suggested to us by a friend who met her at an open house event. and we are so happy he did. Jenn was so helpful and very responsive. we had an awesome communication frequency via text msgs, calls etc. her speed of processing documentation, legal paper work, etc is fantastic.Yes, she could be running late to the appointments a little(not too much) but its worth the wait. when she's there on your side, you will definitely be on the upper hand. she's a very nice person to talk to. Her suggestions on the local stuff, how to approach certain issues are very clear and noteworthy.Glad that we chose Jenn as our realtor in buying our house. we've also referred her to other friends of ours and they are pleased too."

She listed my house where it needed to be, compared all comps, marketed it to full capacity to get the most people in to see it and got it SOLD! It wasn't always easy but she never gave up either. "As first time sellers Jenn was very patient with us. She was there every step to explain any and all things real estate. She went above and beyond in helping us complete repairs and even provided us with a contractor to work with. She is very knowledgeable about every part of selling and/or buying a home. In the ocean lakes area there is often times HOA’s which create an extra layer of hoops. She helped us navigate every hurdle we encountered. She dealt directly with all the elements of selling our home. As a military family no longer living in the area she was able to provide many solutions to make selling our home much smoother. We sold this home from another state even with the time difference she was available to us. She even went to the house and did a pre sale clean up to ensure the home was move in ready. She was great at staying and keeping us positive in a time that was very stressful."
